LEGO Hartford is used as a tool for planners, architects, and the public to visualize and build what they would like to see happen to vacant lots, on roadways, and to share their visions for renovation and reconstruction. It demonstrates connections between the various downtown areas, specifically between the DoNo project, XL Center, Bushnell Park, Connecticut Square, and Coltsville National Historical Park.
