4-minute Traffic Calming Video

Part of the iQuilt Plan initiative is looking at "traffic calming" strategies on the perimeter roads of Bushnell Park. Here's a good 4-minute video explaining the basics of traffic calming, which could be applied to streets like Trinity, Ford, Jewell, and Wells.
